ORDERING PROCESS (Bespoke Garment)
STEP 1 – DESIGNING
  1. You can use our KIT BUILDER to design your garment and submit to us via our website for free no obligation quote. Please submit as much as details possible.
  2. Alternatively, you can email your complete requirements to us e.g. your logos, colours details so we can design a sketch and email it back to you for your approval. Our email address is sales@aruk-sportswear.co.uk. Designing is free of charge.
  3. If you have a trade account with us or if your club, school, university is registered with us then you can login to your account to place your order where you can also see your order history etc.
STEP 2 – ORDERING
  1. Once the design and related details have been agreed upon you can mention your sizes (see our size chart & guide), order quantity and shipping address.
  2. We require 100% payment in advance at the ordering stage.
  3. If you have any reservations on the delivery date, please discuss with us at ordering stage.
  4. Once the order has been place and payment is received in full, you will be issued with an order number.
STEP 3 – DELIVERY
  1. Standard estimated delivery time for all bespoke or personalised sportswear garment is 5 to 6 weeks. If you have your reservations on the delivery time, please discuss with us. Click here read our complete Delivery & Returns guidance.
